Hi all,
Build 417 - the chord entry part of the screen is blacked out and the chords only show up if they are held (in red) or as they are played (in white).
Also, if I choose a new style the drums are permanently stuck on PopBrit 2 Guitars [- can't see any settings that would do that.
Thanks for any pointers :-)

Mus, With the blacked out problem, try the following. Enter into Preferences and then select "Colors".  From the dropdown box under "Color Scheme", select "Default". It might be that you need to click on one of the other schemes and then click back on default. Given the guitar problem in conjunction with the colour issue, it might be worthwhile utilising the "Return to factory settings" option found under the "Opt." menu. If you have BIAB 2015 or 2015, select the "Most" option as this will retain your audio/midi setup. (Also, with recent versions of BIAB it's possible to save your present setup. I suggest doing that before returning to factory defaults.) I always find that when BIAB stops doing what it used to, the reset is a good starting place in trying to solve the problem. Regards, Noel

Use the "Save As" function to save the song file you're working on with a different name. Use RealBand to open the song file you just saved then use RealBand to save the song file as a SGU file. Sometimes RealBand will refresh some song file settings that have become corrupt.
If that doesn't work then try completely closing down BiaB, open BiaB, then open a different song file. Closing down BiaB will reset some program ettings. Opening a different song file will help determine if the song file you're working on is corrupted.

Thanks guys, the colour thing worked fine.
Nothing worked to fix the drums on that file other than starting afresh on a new one, so I guess that's what I'll have to do - no worries, but a bit of a mystery :-)
