A peculiar problem has just developed when I record a piano track in Power Tracks or Real Band. (both 2015)
Somehow the notation always shows natural, sharp or flat signs on all notes. Even if the nominated key is C major and I play only notes from that key (all naturals of course), the notes when first played in a measure show a natural sign beside them. It makes no difference if I add chords to the performance, I still get a mess of natural signs. And in a key such as Eb, all of the Bb, Eb, and Ab notes are shown with flat signs.
Oddly, if I save the file as a midi file, and reload as a midi file things return to normal with notes displayed correctly. If I save as a Seq file, the notes on re-opening all are displayed incorrectly as before.
Somehow, it seems that a flag has been set to cause this. I could go through and edit each note and change 'forced accidental' to 'auto' which correctly displays the note without an unnecessary sign attached - not a very practical solution.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to the likely cause.
