Thanks Janice and Bud!

One quick note about production, as my buddy HERB HARTLEY smile can tell you, it may take some time to set yourself up but then you are golden. The magic word is PRESETS. For example, say you use Amplitube. I think I spent 200 bucks or less on two sets, the Jimi Hendrix Collection and the Fender Amps, Racks and Pedals Collection and I have a virtual warehouse full of lush cabinets, amp mics of every variety, vintage amps, a bazillion old school pedals and such to apply to any RealTrack. It's mind boggling. I have one preset called "Keith Urban" for example that mimics his pedalboard and so when I either record a track or use a real track I want to sound like Keith Urban I press a button, and presto I get Keith Urban.

Unless you have taken it for a spin, you have no idea what a tube rack or other effects in Amplitube can do to completely take a so-so guitar track and make it light up like a Roman torch. smile

I also have presets for Vocal EQing, drum EQing and so forth, so once I get the tracks, I just go into edit VST in Real Band and select one preset like "Twin Reverb_Full Pedals_Right Channel" and I am ready to export. I also just got Ozone 6 and it is really compatible with the output monitors on Real band to get real time effects on the preproduction mix for some tube and analogue sounds (adding warmth), but I still use Ozone 5 for the final master, just because it is easier and has some great radio/genre presets. (Ozone 6 does not seem to have them as far as I can tell, so I use both programs.)

Bottom line, building presets take some time at first but the pay off in the end is HUGE.

Thanks again. I am enjoying all the wonderful music here!!
