Here is a phenomenal aspect. You can use the Amplitube stand alone to get the exact sound you want to record and play with that sound--amp, cabinets, pedals, and racks, don't forget the racks--right into Real Band--I mean you can use the Amplitube standalone player and RealBand simultaneously. That is important to get the feel of the part as you are playing. BUT, it won't record those effects, it will record it dry, which is good, because you may change your mind. Anyway, when you are done, select edit VST on that channel in Real Band and select the same amp and pedal configuration and it WILL Play that same sound. Or any other you choose. Save the preset setting as say Journeyman Guitar Scorcher1 or something and yiy are set for life. I save presets for the Amplitube standalone and matching presets in RB. Saves thousand of hours of time.
