Hi Rebecca0630

Welcome to the Forum

As mentioned, you'll get some great advice and lots of assistance from the team here

It seems you are really jumping straight into the deep end. Sometimes small steps will work better. We want you to have a successful and rewarding experience with BiaB. Little experiments, frequent checks, and step-by-step progress may be a better option.

The program itself is extremely feature rich (that's actually an understatement), and has been developed over many, many years.

We all have a learning curve. Practice with something a little less complex and you'll be fine. However, don't give up because of frustration. There's lots of great support both here and with the PGM team, but a tiny bit of patience will go a long way to fabulous success.
