Makes me wonder then if either it got rendered or the tracks got frozen or the "stereo mix/what-u-hear" go recorded.
Check to see if there's a WAV file in the same folder as the BIAB song file named the same thing. Try selecting "Audio, Edit Audio, Kill Entire Audio" and see if that helps. Or just delete the WAV file that matches the name (assuming that's the problem.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
