I think you would have to give them some time with it, as I said every now and then so you are getting regular feedback. First time purchases I think give them a few months with it. Those of us who purchase around the release date send it out to get feedback before you get started on the next version.
It should be like a courtesy call "We value your opinion" "We listen" "We care" "How can we improve it".

Try to include RealBand in there rather than "it's all about Band in a Box"
It will be great to see a Mac version of RealBand DAW !
That's why I made www.realband.org to promote the DAW version of Band in a Box (that does not seem to get too much of a mention or promotion) so people use to using DAWs will find the transition a lot easier than straight into the learning curve of Band in a Box.
