I think my only problem with the song is the transition at the beginning from 'classical' to 'jazz.' Not to tell you how to play your music, but what I would do would be to make the 'classical' part a little longer, and towards the end, just lay down a very light guitar melody over top, no chops or improvisation, just the melody. Let it all fade out, and then do your jazz waltz intro, and then start the jazz. The first time, and subsequent times that I listened to it, the transition between the classical and the jazz was too abrupt. The ending is better. The ending the classical fades in, and you move from a jazz to a simple melody, and it transitions much better.

Other than that, I think it's a great rendition.

Also, you need to get a tripod for your camera!
