My younger brother (43) was diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic/Liver Cancer in February. He was in really bad shape, jaundiced, unable to eat or drink and we thought he wouldn't make it out of the hospital then. Dr said minimum life expectancy was 90 days w/o treatment.

He stayed about a week before they started him on an aggressive daily chemo out-patient treatment plan.

He had his blood work done last week and the tumor on his liver is gone and the lemon sized one on his Pancreas has shrunk to less then 1/5th of it's original size.

It has been very hard watching him suffer through this, but his report last week was the best news he has had so far.

He is now taking a pill and is down to a single chemo treatment per month. He looks 100% better and is slowly getting his appetite back.

I am thankful for the medicine and those who dedicate their lives to helping others, otherwise he wouldn't be with us today.

Treatment has come a long ways, so hang in there and never give up.

In my prayers,

Trax
