These comments are in reference to my 2010 Mac Upgrade.

I was told this by email from BITB .... "We provide full program manuals only with first-time purchases. As all upgrade customers already have a full printed manual from their first time purchase, we provide only 'upgrade manuals'. There is a PDF of the full program manual available within Band in a Box, in your Help menu. If you'd prefer to have the printed version of that, please contact us and you can order it for $10 plus shipping"

..... this I found not to be entirely correct. The "Help Menu" only accesses the 2010 Upgrade Addendum" not the full 2009 manual.

As I understand it .....

1) You get a full PRINTED manual when you make your first time purchase for the Version currently available.
2) When you upgrade you get a printed "Upgrade or New Features Addendum manual" to use with your original manual or ....
3) Your can order a new Printed Manual (if one exists) for $10.
4) As of now (with Mac anyway) there is only a 2009 Printed manual plus a 2010 "New Features" printed manual. This is the email response I received from BITB in this regard .... "You are correct in your assumption that we have not released the BB 2010 Full Manual yet. We are working on one at the moment, but for the time being the 'full' manual would be a combination of the 2009 full manual, and the 2010 addendum of new features that you've already received."

Hope this helps to clear things up a bit?

Just to reiterate ... if you recently purchased BITB 2010 Mac new, you SHOULD receive a full Printed 2009 Manual plus the Red "2010 New Features Guide". If you upgraded to 2010 Mac you would only receive the 2010 New Features Guide since theoretically you should already have the 2009 Manual. (The 2009 Mac Manual is in the Manuals folder as a pdf but I found the Help menu doesn't access it from within BITB)
