My son's long term girlfriend is called Kate so use of her name to rhyme was almost a given thing, this was also the 1st verse I wrote.
When I was struggling with the original idea the bass line with the Real drums was the catalyst to go funky-ish.
I tried to solo myself but oh no it sounded dreadful but then Brent stepped up. The solo took ages trying to get a 3/4 to match 4/4 and then the cut and pasting...phew. But he did well!! I am trying to learn his licks myself now blush

Thanks for commenting Greg, but I do wish sometimes I was more "main stream" eek grin but too late now.
