Sorry, Tom. Note that your first post on this thread stated BIAB 2009. Now you tell us that you bought BIAB 2008 (RB didn't exist then). So, presumably, you upgraded but didn't buy the full package - there was a difference. You have the best response from Tech Support as to what to do - that is their job. They also know full well what you have (so long as you registered and bought direct - if you bought from a 3rd party but didn't register, then that is your problem).

Keep coming DIRECT to the PG Music website and buying DIRECT and you will ALWAYS be supported to the best of what you have, in more ways than one.

RB is worth the extra investment and do what Tech Support told you. Wait for the upgrade...
