Well, you've hit on something I've actually done. I've had Black Eye Peas, butter beans, snap beans, field peas, okra, cucumbers, potatoes and more from our gardens in the past. Now, get them from the farmers market. Too much work and no longer cost effective.
Don't do the possum meat, but Rabbit, squirrel, Raccoon and Deer have all graced the table at some point in time.
Fun listen. Everything came together quite well.

Dont they cal that Cajan food? Ive eaten rabbit and deer but not racoon or squirrel. Have to go to the local zoo for racoon. Thanks for your comments. Rob
