My elderly father has gotten calls like this, but I have trained him well. He usually plays word games with whoever calls and leads them on for awhile just for the fun of it.

Dad: "Oh, which computer is it? Is it the Lenovo?"
Caller: "Yes, it's the Lenovo" (my dad doesn't have a Lenovo).
Dad: "What will happen if I don't let you work on it?"
Caller: "You'll get infected by viruses"
Dad: "But won't you get infected by viruses, also, if you work on it."
Caller: "No. It won't affect me"
Dad: "Well, I really don't want to take the chance. Maybe I should connect to your computer instead. Could you give me your IP address."
Caller: "No, I can't do that."
Dad: "Well, how about another way to get to your computer?"
Caller: "No, I can't do that."
Dad: "Why not, you seem to have my information. Why can't I have your information?"
