Although I've got a couple BIAB compositions in the works, most of my tunes to date have not made extensive use of BIAB. Looking back I realized that the very first two compositions that I attempted to create using BIAB about a year ago might be interesting to share especially because the second one was a variation of the first. These were exercises in the jazz genre to allow me to play around with different RealTracks and different scales. I make no pretense of being a "jazzer" but I love jazz harmonies and I really enjoyed working on these tunes.

The first one is "Someday Somehow" which is more traditional and features me on my Epiphone Emperor Regent jazz guitar on both rhythm and lead along with the following RealTracks:

RealDrums Jazz Brush Sticks #1
481 Bass, Acoustic Jazz Ballad sw085
487 Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Jazz Ballad sw085
1249 Piano, Acoustic Soloist JazzMike sw110

The second tune is "Hear and Now," which features me on my Stratocaster. It has basically the same chord progression, but I've increased the tempo from 100 to 110 and changed the RealTracks to the following:

RealDrums Jazz Brushes
1045 Organ, B3, Rhythm Jazz sw110
361 Sax, Tenor, Jazz sw140

I thought I would post this to show how interesting it can be to try variations on the same composition using different tempos and different RealTracks and maybe different instruments.
