.. it might be even easier to log onto the router before the card and have even more control.
A lot of people will protect the heck out of their computer while their network is pretty wide open. No attention to protecting the main wireless/router. Could have been a guy parked out front, or a neighbor, or a GeneriCast employee that connected to the her network, tried the default password and instantly had control of the router. Change settings to/fro at will. This seems more likely.
Unfortunately I locked my home network down pretty good and now I can't find the info to log in to the router anymore.
Luckily I have 3rd party Network software that lets me do most of what I want/need, but I may need to reset everything in the long run. I wanted to do some configuration last night and couldn't. Dang sometimers.
