Ok... I'm having difficulty with waltz time. I start a new piece, load the Bluegrass waltz style (RT) and then add chords. The style is best at 140; when I add the chords where I think they should go... it is too slow. If I reduce by 1/2 then the band slows way down. If I set the tempo correctly the band doesn't actually play as well as it should. The 140 tempo is pretty good but I just don't know where to put the chords so it works out right.
Note: been playing with it and the speed where the melody sounds best is 180 but the band plays ... too much, too fast ...
