Hi Bob.
Classic piece of Folk Rock.
Yeah, I agree with those who said LOUD. I started on the 'phones, but just had to put it up on the main monitors and wind it up - sounded brilliant. Very commercial - and I mean that as a huge complement.

A lot of what I wanted to say already has been said, super lyrics, great vocal, and outstanding backing tracks: but I agree with the others in that the lead at the end was too far down in the mix.
This is one solid song that a lot of people can relate. I know that at 18 I wanted to be a star but found out it was a "cold cold world"!
Great song!
When you are at the checkout line and they ask if you found everything say "Why, are you hiding stuff?"

Bob, An excellent listen! But then all of your songs are. I always enjoy hearing you (and Penny) sing and I equally always enjoy listening to what you write. You've definitely got that knack! Great song! MarioDude - Thanks for the kind words. I agree about the lead at the end, but I've already wasted a lot of time on this thing.  The "Star" thing is over-rated. It takes a toll on people.  Regards, Bob
