It may be because BiaB cannot find a better / more suitable RealTracks styles as a replacement for your current song. What is the current style?
As a way to check, start a new song, and assign something like ZZJazz, then see if the option becomes enabled. E.g. it is enabled for ZZJazz Style, but not for Dance Pop style.
