First, please close Band-in-a-Box and download the latest build 417 update from here:

Next, please manually delete all files in the ticket folder found here:

C:\Users\Public\Ticket

*If there are "trial" tickets in that folder, be sure to delete those as well

Finally, launch Band-in-a-Box by right clicking on the bbw.exe file in your bb folder or a program shortcut on your desktop and select "run as administrator" to launch the program.

** If you are prompted with a message asking whether you would like to restore the license, say 'no'. Once open, go to Help | Activate Band-in-a-Box and re-enter your serial number if needed.
