A slow waltz would get you really close. The intro chords would be better played live.... but you could use holds in BB as well.
Most covers will sound closer to the original if you can incorporate some skilled live players into the mix. Rock, for the most part, especially the better songs, have little things in them that BB will miss, and a live player can hit every time.
