John, also remember that many three or four note chords can be read a number of ways. For example the Gmaj7sus2 has the notes, from bass to treble, G-D-A-D-F# which could also be a Dadd4 or written D/G.

This is one of the problems that JonD, a keyboardist, and myself have. I will play a four note chord and call it something where JonD will find 3 or 4 chords with the same notes in them. We guitarists are limited with only 6 strings and 4 fingers, well sometimes we can add a thumb, while a keyboardist has 88 keys and 10 fingers to work with.
