What you describe is stacked fourths, which go beyond a simple sus or 11 chord.
Perhaps if Alan S. sees this thread, he can help. For now, try C7sus I sure hope someone can tell me what to type in to get the stacked fourths chord! It's everywhere in modern jazz! C7sus doesn't cut it.
