You're right. Your hardware setup is to connect the M7 mic to the audiobox as you normally do. Take the output from the audiobox and connect it to the Ditto Looper. Take the mono output from the ditto Looper and connect it to the second input of the audobox.

S1 gets its channel inputs through the USB cable from the audiobox. In S1 an input channel can be assigned L, R, or L+R for stereo from the two audiobox outputs.

Create two channels (tracks) in S1, assign the input of the first track to L
assign the second track to R

Track one should receive the mic output from the audiobox and
Track two should receive the Looper output from the audiobox.
