You may wind up taking the song into RealBand or a DAW and tweaking that first drum measure. However, a few thoughts:
In BIAB, you could try freezing all other tracks, the Regenerate until you hear what you want from the drum track.
In BIAB, have you experimented with choosing another drum kit, if available? So we could test it ourselves, what style are you using, or what RealDrum part did you select? Do you have a place on the Internet you could upload the song, for example to Dropbox (free) and post a link?
Also, although I think this applies only to MIDI drums, there is a checkbox in Preferences, Arrange. It's at the bottom left, marked "First Bar of first chorus of song gets a drum cymbal crash". I always leave this un-checked.
