Greetings,
For the past few years, I haven't been on the forum at all, but I just got a new replacement HD for my BIAB 2015. I have both PC and MAC. When I ordered the drive, the customer service person at PC sent me a Mac version by mistake. When I called, she apologized and sent me a PC version, telling me>Please keep the Mac version HD as our gift".
What awesome customer service, in fact every time I've dealt with PG music since using it on Atari in the early 1990s, they have been great to deal with.......its nice to be back on the forums and see BIAB doing better than ever!

Hey... this is not uncommon.
PG has some of the best service on the plant.
My story: Several years back I ordered one of the versions that came on CD. I did not realize at the time that the version I really needed to get the tracks I wanted was the HD version. So when I called into customer service.... I spoke with a lady who told be... yeah I needed the next level up, the HD version and if I wanted to get it, it would only be a few dollars more. So I gave her the CC# and asked her about returning the CD's..... she told me,... hey, don't worry about that... just keep them.
Got to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE good customer service. And no doubt PG is a leader.
