Hey... this is not uncommon.

PG has some of the best service on the plant.

My story: Several years back I ordered one of the versions that came on CD. I did not realize at the time that the version I really needed to get the tracks I wanted was the HD version. So when I called into customer service.... I spoke with a lady who told be... yeah I needed the next level up, the HD version and if I wanted to get it, it would only be a few dollars more. So I gave her the CC# and asked her about returning the CD's..... she told me,... hey, don't worry about that... just keep them.

Got to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE good customer service. And no doubt PG is a leader.
