The price difference is in how many additional styles, RealTracks, RealDrums, supermidi instruments, etc that you get.

Without knowing the details, I suspect the $99 package is the ProPAK, which is just the BIAB program with a sampling of styles. It's really too give you an idea of whether you like the program or not. If you end up using the program seriously, you're going to want the additional styles and RealTracks.
