I believe that tariffs and local taxes only apply when shipped outside of North America.

As Matt indicated, and I should have included that yes, the program itself is the same regardless of which PAK you purchase. The differences come down to how many different styles and RealInstruments are available to you when you use the program.

Think of it like when you purchase a graphics program, where the higher priced versions use the same base application, but have additional clipart available to you. But for BIAB, it's in the available sounds versus the visuals.

Just be aware that for the Windows version, a new version typically comes out in time for Christmas, so if you purchase today, you'll be looking to upgrade in a few months to the latest version.
