I don't use VSTs but you can get some help from the SUPPORT button on this page. Then pick VIDEOS. There's 2 you may be able to use (in the Intermediate section): "Using Sampletank with Band In A Box" and "Using VST Plugins with Band In A Box".
If you still need help after that, some else here on the Forum can likely get things working for you, or you can always use Live Help to get the folks at PG Music.
