Hey all,

Lately I have been doing a lot of just learning features in biab, and for fun I thought I might try for a new project to construct a James Brownish type of style\groove (have not been successful). For that I started looking into working with holds and rests and dove in and really learn how part makers work, how you can change drums in sections ect...

I got the idea to try, because a while back I was watching a movie about his life, and I remember there was a small part in it where he got mad because his band wasn't following his standing rule. He yelled each was a percussion instrument, and that each instrument whether it be guitar, horns or whatever was a part of the drums. I started to pay close attentions to the songs and yeah its that famous staccato sound he has.

So my question is is that style even possible to recreate in BIAB? that short staccato dat dat dat, dat, dat dada.....
can that be built into a measure(s) in the chord window?

(if someone knows a style like that in the style list I can learn from that as well or a demo song?)
