Not sure I'm understanding your question.

Samples implies the sounds generated from a softsynth, in which case you just tell BIAB to use that same softsynth and assign the same samples as you did in RealBand. To save some time, you may want to save your VSTi or DXi setting as a preset to reload in the other app.

If you mean RealTracks or RealDrums, then yes, they are available in both programs - you just have to either select an appropriate style or select a specific one for a specific track.

It would help use help you better is you could go into more detail about what is confusing. RealBand and BIAB treat tracks very differently, because they serve different purposes and meet different requirements.
