If BIAB and RealBand are taking a long time to load, then (assuming you feel comfortable with it) you should exclude the BIAB and RealBand folders from your virus scanning software. My (and others) experience has shown it will then load much more quickly.

If the problem is that it takes too long to load an existing SGU or MGU file into RealBand, then that's because it has to generate the parts first. Once the parts are generated and you've saved it as a .SEQ file, it comes up pretty quickly. But if this is the problem, how long does it take to even create those same tracks in a different DAW. That's not load time, per se, but that's the time it takes before you can do productive work.

Both my BIAB and RealBand load pretty quickly on my four year old first generation Intel i5 laptop running 64-bit Windows 10 (which was upgraded in place from Windows 7). I have both excluded from my virus scanning software.
