I thought it was interesting that he predicts the same thing will happen to manufacturing as 3d printers make everything commonly available to everyone by streaming models from free archives and printing them at home.
I also thought his observation about live music not being affected the same way as recorded music... because it can't be downloaded.. it is performed in real time, and time is the only thing there can never be too much of.
People intuitively want to experience life in the presence of friends, and live music is often the center of that.
Thanks for posting that article, Alyn, it's one of the more interesting things I've seen lately.
