I don't think it's possible, I haven't been able to find a way. Some others may have a better clue though.

I just tried it. Most text on the PC and menues became larger, but not the text or the list of music styles inside the StylePicker menue for which I am having trouble reading.

This might help, but it might make other things larger too, and may upset some graphics (use with caution)

Thanks, I have now tried it. It makes everything larger even inside the StylePicker so it will be of some help for me.
But it reduces what is visible on the screen as a whole and also the fonts used in the StylePicker does not seem be scalable. Some magnification levels make the text look very bad.
I am more looking to find out if there is a way to selectively change the fonts used in the StylePicker meny of BB. If there is a configuration option or some definition file or some hack, patch or other modification to BB that people are using for this.

Yes, I understand, and that's why I mentioned to use with some caution. You might send an email to PG Music support to see if they can assist.

Note that if you are using Win 7 you can not change that font, it is the only one that you can not change. I have read that with some registry changes you might be able to change it on some versions of Win 7 but I have not tried that as Win 10 will take over soon.

You can Export to CSV with the Button at the bottom or you can use you Mouse Wheel + L Shift key using AutoHotKeyZoom.zip You can change the key by editing the .ahk in notepad or right click on the "H" in the system tray. To get it to start with windows just create a shortcut in start menu > startup of AutoHotKeyXX.exe.
EDIT: In Magnifier > Views set to Full Screen (then Minimize) in the Gear config set to 25% for smooth zoom If it stops zooming right click "H" > Reload script
I think that the magnifier that SolidRock is mentioning is from Windows. 1:Press Start Button, Type Magnifier, 2:Select Magnifier Tool. Area at top of screen shows a magnified view of the mouse region

I am using Win 10. Where can I find the registry changes that are mentioned above by MarioD.
Google Win 7 font changes for Win 7 however these may not work for Win 10. Google Win 10 font changes for your system. However if you are familiar with working with the registry then backup you current registry and try these. BUT if you are not familiar with registry work DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS. You could render you computer completely useless and have to format the HD and start all over.
Although I am familiar with registry work I just put the magnifier on my taskbar and use that.
PS: I googled how do I change fonts in Win 10 and came up with this. I
I have found a workaround for the issue, it's not really ideal, and it's just a quick and dirty way of getting readable fonts, basically, go to C:\windows\fonts and find the font that is being used, make a copy of it so you don't lose the font all together, and then delete it from the fonts folder, then the system will just go and use a default font. It's a shame that as soon as Windows 10 is released you have to do something so stupid just to get readable fonts, but it does work, and it's a quick and easy way to do it that anyone can do, and not have to be a tech expert to succeed.
I just may try that on Win 7.

The Mouse Wheel Zoom is bar far the quickest and easiest way to zoom, it will zoom and pan wherever your mouse moves, then instantly zoom back out.
Get a bigger Monitor or change the screen resolution.
Try in Win Settings:
I don't know if you could make the Styles Fonts bigger as you would have to make the List Box bigger and columns wider that's why I mentioned CSV you can load into Office or Open Office and change the font size to whatever you like.
