Google Win 7 font changes for Win 7 however these may not work for Win 10. Google Win 10 font changes for your system. However if you are familiar with working with the registry then backup you current registry and try these. BUT if you are not familiar with registry work DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS. You could render you computer completely useless and have to format the HD and start all over.

Although I am familiar with registry work I just put the magnifier on my taskbar and use that.

PS: I googled how do I change fonts in Win 10 and came up with this. I

I have found a workaround for the issue, it's not really ideal, and it's just a quick and dirty way of getting readable fonts, basically, go to C:\windows\fonts and find the font that is being used, make a copy of it so you don't lose the font all together, and then delete it from the fonts folder, then the system will just go and use a default font. It's a shame that as soon as Windows 10 is released you have to do something so stupid just to get readable fonts, but it does work, and it's a quick and easy way to do it that anyone can do, and not have to be a tech expert to succeed.

I just may try that on Win 7.

I got banned from Weight Watchers for dropping a bag of M&Ms on the floor.
It was the best game of Hungry Hippos I've ever seen!
