I agree with the advice to completely uninstall and then do a reinstall. Perhaps a phone call to tech to be sure you get the uninstall done correctly. Some programs require editing the startup directory thing...whatever it's called.... to remove the lines BB write there.

DO a clean reinstall and apply ALL of the patches PG has issued for the program you have.


Also understand that not all VST's and plug ins will run on some systems. Back in the day, most of the commercial ones I bought would run just fine..... but some of the freebies and third party plugs would not run on my machine.
