Bonjour,
Je découvre BiaB depuis quelques jours et ce logiciel me séduit plutôt.
Je bute actuellement sur la façon de finir un solo. Celui que je viens d'ajouter à ma compo (ballade folk, style country, solo pedal steel) me convient (après quand même avoir essayé tous les réglages propres au solo) mais celui-ci s'arrête un peu trop abruptment à mon gout. j'aimerais une fin aussi propre que celles qu'on peut générer pour une fin de morceau.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une astuce ?
Bien sûr si je ne trouve pas, je pourrai toujours essayer d'arranger ça dans un DAW.

Bonsoir, Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait une astuce particulière simple pour ça ... Généralement il faut bidouiller un peu ! A part faire différents essais jusqu'à trouver la phrase musicale qui "pourrait faire" puis geler la piste pour la conserver, je ne voit pas. Mais si d'autres ont des solutions ... à vos claviers ...  Cordialement boowoo3

Bien sûr si je ne trouve pas, je pourrai toujours essayer d'arranger ça dans un DAW. Bonsoir Caloo. Le DAW est la méthode meilleur - je ne sais pas une autre. Si vous décidez aller cette façon vous pourriez essayer ceci. Commencez une chanson nouvelle en Realband avec demi tempo d'original. Choisissez une accord approprié et alors créer plusières bars du solo. Sauvegardez la piste et l'ouvrez quelque part en la première chanson. Maintenant, choisissez un morceau de la piste et copier-coller. Quelque fois il marche bien pour moi. J'espère que vous pouvez comprendre mon français. Bonne chance, ROG.

Merci Booroow3 et Rog, ceci conforte ma première opinion, il n'y aurait pas de réglage spécifique à la fin de solo. Dommage, peut-être une suggestion à faire PG Music. Rog, je tiendrai compte de ton conseil quand je me plongerai plus sérieusement dans l'utilisation d'un DAW, ce qui n'est pas encore vraiment le cas. C'est d'ailleurs en faisant le tour des différents DAW que je suis tombé sur BiaB et j'avoue qu'il correspond bien à mon besoin du moment : réaliser des maquettes rapidement et en ayant des musiciens disponibles à tous moments  Je devrais dire MAO pour parler français. A ce propos, j'ai bien compris ce que tu voulais dire Rog même si tu pourrais employer le mot "Mesure" plutôt que "Bar". chez nous "Bar" c'est autre chose, même si on y fait aussi quelque fois de la musique. Mais alors là, ça devient un "Pub" et on retombe dans l'anglicisme

Bonjour Caloo.
Merci beaucoup pour le leçon en français! La différence entre mesure et bar est quelque chose que je ne peux pas apprendre du dictionnaire. En anglais nous avons le Bar (Pub) mais aussi le bar de musique (mesure). Chaque fois j'apprends un petit peu...
Quand tu décides essayer les DAWs, je peux conseiller RealBand. C'est très puissant mais à la même temps facile et il marche bien avec BiaB.

J'arrive après la bagarre : tu peux peut-être essayer de regénérer plusieurs fois ton solo, il ne génère jamais tout-à-fait les mêmes mesures et tu peux finir par tomber sur qq chose qui te va mieux.
Dans un cas comme ça, je fais souvent une version où je répète de nombreuses fois la même série de mesures concernées, et je génère mon solo ; j'obtiens ainsi de nombreux solos différents où je vais faire du copier coller pour mettre à la suite les meilleurs mesures.

Merci à nouveau Rog pour m'apprendre que RealBand est un DAW !
Ce logiciel est livré avec BiaB mais je ne savais pas que c'était un DAW, je pensais qu'il s'agissait une version allégée de BiaB car l'interface se présente de façon assez identique. Il faut dire que PG Music ne l'explique pas clairment non plus et je n'avais pas encore eu le temps de creuser la question.
En effet en l'essayant un peu, il possède bien les fonctions DAW avec en plus, des fonctions communes à BiaB; par conséquent, il pourrait devenir le DAW que j'utiliserai.
Concernant les solos, il y a notamment une fonction qui n'existe pas dans BiaB, il s'agit du "Multiriff" qui permet d'écouter plusieurs "phrasés" de solo avant de choisir le bon. Interessant même si cette fonction ne règle pas à elle seule le problème de fin.

Bon, j'ai un peu planché sur le sujet du solo et je n'ai finalement pas réussi à en générer un entièrement acceptable, uniquement avec BiaB malgré toutes les possibilités essayées. Le problème principal c'est qu'il se termine systématiquement en "noeud de boudin". j'ai même essayé d'inclure les deux mesures de fin dans ma demande de solo, pensant qu'il finirait plus propre, mais ça ne l'fait pas non plus! Alors voici comment j'ai procédé: à chaque fois que je générais un solo avec des mesures intéressantes, je le sauvegardais en Wave et quand j'ai eu une dizaine de fichiers, je les ai tous ouverts dans realband. En partant de la piste la plus interessante, j'ai remplacé ses parties les moins réussies par d'autres récupérées sur d'autres pistes. Pour la fin, pas facile, j'ai d'abord essayé de rallonger la dernière note sans y parvenir de façon convenable (raccord audible) alors j'ai dû trouver des séquences qui n'étaient pas des fins à l'origine, avec des notes tenues. Le résultat est finalement acceptable à mon sens et je vous en laisse juge car j'ai posté ma compo sur Souncloud ici : https://soundcloud.com/user-713449411/loiseau-blanc-maquettele morceau comprend deux solos de dobro ou guitare à résonnateur si vous préférez. J'habite à St-Pierre et Miquelon, d'où le thème de la chanson. J'ai écouté à la chanson plusieurs fois maintenant et je dois dire que vous avez fait très bien.
Je l'aime beaucoup et en particulier le solo de Dobro qui marche bien pour moi. Je sais que vous avez fait beaucoup de travaille ici, mais il a fait une bonne chanson.
Pourquoi pas le mettez sur le forum "User Showcase"? C'est pas pour les chansons en anglais seulement. C'est vrai que le plus de les réponses seront en anglais, mais eh bien...
Il y a un chanson en français sur le Showcase à ce moment.
Comme d'habitude, je présente mes excuses pour mon français.

Merci beaucoup ROG; je mettrai en effet ma chanson dans le Showcase lorsque j'aurai fait ma version définitive. Pour compléter la rubrique "finir un solo", j'ai découvert une autre façon en écoutant une chanson de Janice & Bud proposée sur le forum anglais : https://soundcloud.com/mootsman/evil-chillunOn entend par exemple pour la mandoline, que le solo a été demandé pour plus de mesures que nécessaire et qu'un "fade out" a été appliqué au moment voulu. Malin, mais on peut trouver aussi que l'arrêt n'est pas assez "tranché"

Alors voici comment j'ai procédé: à chaque fois que je générais un solo avec des mesures intéressantes, je le sauvegardais en Wave et quand j'ai eu une dizaine de fichiers, je les ai tous ouverts dans realband. En partant de la piste la plus interessante, j'ai remplacé ses parties les moins réussies par d'autres récupérées sur d'autres pistes. Tu as donc fait ce que j'évoquais dans mon mail du 27.10. Pour la fin, c'est anormal que tu aies eu des problèmes, ça ne m'est jamais arrivé, sauf à la rigueur une fin qui ne me plaisait pas, mais jamais de note interrompue. Tu as bien paramétré une fin à 4 mesures pour les RT ?

Tu as raison Carolan, j'ai bien utilisé ta méthode.
Pour mes solos, j'avoue n'avoir essayé jusqu'à présent, que la pedal steel et le dobro, peut-être que ça se passe mieux avec d'autres instruments (je crois que pour le violon ce n'ai pas super non plus).
Ma case "4 mesures" est bien cochée mais je pense que ça ne concerne que la fin de morceau, pas la fin de solo. Cela doit permettre de laisser le temps aux instruments de s'évanouir naturellement.
