Hi Bob,

This one somehow slipped past me. Apologies for that.

This is a terrific listen, really great! The lyrics, the music, the backing and your singing pulled me in and, in next to no time, my feet and fingers were tapping along.

Thoroughly enjoyed it!

All the best,
Noel

Loved this tune. The comments on the song title were also quite amusing.

Hi Bob,

very nice sound and sung really good ! The whole song has a really fine vintage taste.

May I ask you, which effects/filters/VST did you use to process the voice ? And in general, the pipeline and which DAW did you use to accomplish such a good mix ?

Take care,
Serigo.

Hi Sergio. Thanks for the kind remarks. I usually use just compression, EQ and delay/reverb on vocals. I like the Sonitus stuff. I start in BIAB, then into RB, then I record vocals and mix and master in Sonar X3.

Bob

Great job on combining all the elements and adding just the right amount of soul spice.

Hope this gets played and Carolina Girl too!

A new genre, but with that New Orleans vibe?

No doubt a hit with the locals. A fun song that makes you find your feet:)

Very well produced and sung.

Bob, this is a happy go lucky keeper!

If you had added some sound affects like maybe girls talking and carnival type sounds I would have sworn that this was an old Gary US Bonds song reincarnated!

This is one super song!

OK, a random thought;
Why does toilet paper need a commercial? Who's not buying it?

64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware
