That's what I always do... use F5 to set the new key when a key change occurs.

If you click on the link below and then go to my Soundcloud page, you'll find some sheet music for my latest song. This music was prepared in BIAB. It starts out in G and, in the bridge, moves D then A and returns to G for the final A-section.




Sometimes it's possible to get away with not telling BIAB to change keys but I find it's better to include key changes as it makes bass lines and solo runs generally work better.
