He said he imported in RB, some recent suggestions sound like they may be BiaB methods.
In RB, looking at the track screen, beside the Track name should be a little 'M' icon you can click to Mute the track in RB.
Or you could adjust the volume slider down to zero in either the Tracks window or the Mixer window..
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
