I've been trying to complete a song using Real Tracks in BIAB for Windows. I created a new file this morning because I wanted to increase the tempo and make some changes to the Real drum tracks and wanted to make sure I saved my original version. It's a straight country song - tempo 75 - 4/4 - I have a few 2/4 measures and a few bars where the music stops. On this version - the second verse volume is lower than the first? The whole song's volume seams to get lower as the song plays. Weird. I'm a longtime used of BIAB back in the midi days so I know my way around the program. The ending has few bars that slow down and come back in a regular tempo. BIAB doesn't start playing right away when the song returns to 75 bpm. There's a little lag time before the tracks begin playing again. I'm using new Core7 PC with lots of Ram. I'm really hooked on the Real tracks and these little glitches are frustrating. I've played some old BIAB files I created in the 90's and they sound great. I've got about 6 hours invested in this file and I want to get as perfect as I can before I load it into Reaper to add vocals & more instruments. When I hit F4 and play the song from the start the volumes are fine again?
Any suggestions?
Thanks Eric
