Look for any place you pressed F5, identifiable by the red box around the measure number. Examine each for a change. I have this happen to me often if I forget to restore the tempo or the volume to what it "should" be at the start of each chorus. If nothing else, setting an F5 in bar 1 (or the first measure of the repeat) should do it.

An easy way to see all the places with F5 (if you have a lot, one is easy to miss) is in the Memo button, then click Bar Summary. Notepad gives a great readout of all the F5 changes.

I don't know if you are a programmer, but it's a lot like missing a closing tag on an element. <example> don't forget to close this </example>
