Hi Phil,

You are almost there - I assume you are using midi drums

Choose the jazz drums > and before you hit play again go to the - File > "save song with patches and harmony" > make sure all the instrument/volume etc boxes are checked > hit the Fill button and then Save - if you don't hit Save then it will revert back to the original standard drums

You can also use the Save+ button to get to the same page

The only 2 boxes you have look out for the two boxes on the bottom left of this page where you have to check for either midi or RealDrums
