You mentioned "A simple song that happens to be a true story" Well, it may be true (that's great), but I don't think it's so 'simple' This is a really amazing number. It's catchy and technically perfect because of a great balance between a mix of outstanding melody, lyrics and phrasing. My only other comment is that the ending seems a little 'unexpected'. Maybe it could resolve a little more predicatively? You definitely ought to explore other (additional) ways to publicize your talents. Air play maybe?
