Not directly

No 32-bit music program, like BIAB, can use a 64-bit plugin, like SampleTank 3 directly, you need some kind of bridging app like BitBridge or JBridge.

The older BIAB cannot use either of these applications.

The newer BIAB, BIAB 2015 can use JBridge an inexpensive add-on.

The only other way to go "directly" from BIAB to SampleTank 3 in "real time" (with out saving BIAB song files as MIDI and then using some 3rd party MIDI player to feed ST3) is to use some kind of "in the box" (or virtual) MIDI data router like MIDIYoke (see MIDIox) or LoopBe

hope this helps

PS I can't swear to this but BIAB 2016 will PROBABLY be released in next few weeks and you could upgrade. Initial release upgrade prices are always pretty good.
