More info would be appreciated....

However, I can start to explain it a bit based on my Focusrite.

With the 6i6, you have 6 inputs and 6 outputs plus 2 headphone jacks. You should have the 6i6 connected to the computer with a USB cable. You want to connect a pair of studio monitor speakers to one pair of the outputs. I recommend a headphone amp (external) because the Focusrite headphone outs tend to be a bit weak. I used a stereo system amp for quite some time for that purpose.

In the DAW, you should see the 6i6 show up as both input and output options for both midi and audio. Select it and make it the default sound card. Assuming the DAW you're using is full duplex, at this point, with the speakers turned off to avoid feedback, put the headphones on and connect a mic and you should be able to hear what the mic hears.

My Focusrite has a software control panel, so I will assume yours does too. It is critical that you get the inputs and outputs turned on and levels set so that the 6i6 will work. This was the most puzzling part for me when I set mine up. It took a while to get that figured out.

You should NOT need a mixer connected since the 6i6 has nice preamps on the audio inputs. I haven't had a mixer in years now.

With a DAW, and if what I saw is correct and the 6i6 came bundled with Ableton lite, which is a fine DAW, you need to arm the track for recording and press the start. It should capture the audio while playing back any other recorded tracks fully synced. It auto saves the recorded track and asks for a permanent save before closing. Periodic saves are recommended. I'm no expert on Ableton if that's what you have but I'm sure they have a forum just like Cakewalk has for Sonar.... which is my DAW of choice.

BTW: what is: 0 lat. mixer 1 and 1 ?

You know, of course, that you can record single audio tracks in BiaB and also multiple tracks in Real Band...correct? They work basically the same way.... you simply select the 6i6 as input and output interface for either/or/both, and you can record directly into PG.
