This issue affects only non-English versions of Band-in-a-Box. We'll make a patch fix for tomorrow., but in meantime the workaround is to run it in English, as follows:
1. With Band-in-a-Box not running, edit the text file file c:\bb\language.ini so that it says
Language=English
2. Run Band-in-a-Box in English, problem should not happen. (We'll have a fix in a patch in a day or so)
