That's no problem at all.

If your tastes run more toward jazz or Brazilian, you could try G7#9b13 since a sharped fifth is enharmonically the same as a flatted thirteenth, depending on what you want voiced on top.
Or simply G7alt which means the player can choose from flatted five, sharped five (augmented), flatted ninth and/or sharped ninth.
