Hi Jorgen,
Go to the Notation/Chord Sheet Window. That's the icon that's a single eighth note (a quaver). When you get into that window, click on Opt over on the far left side of the screen. Right in the center of the option box, you'll see a button called Transpose Options. There are settings within this option that will adjust the pitch of BIAB to match you instrument without changing the pitch of the notation.
